Join the Climate Emergency Task Force and A Climate to Thrive at a Listening Session at the Conners-Emerson School on June 15th from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.  

Bar Harbor community members are invited to bring their families and enjoy a free meal while providing feedback on implementation priorities and updates for the town’s Climate Action Plan. Bar Harbor has developed its ambitious Climate Action Plan to serve as a roadmap to a thriving future amidst challenges posed by climate change, driven by community priorities for infrastructure, energy, the waterfront, & more. This is a great opportunity for residents to learn more and to voice their goals and concerns for the future of their community, with no prior knowledge necessary. We hope you’ll join us, and share this exciting opportunity with friends, families, and neighbors here in Bar Harbor!
